Event Sector Congress

On 26 November 2025, the entire event sector gathers at Asiat Park in Vilvoorde for the first Event Sector Congress. A full day packed with national and international speakers, powerful keynotes, interactive break-outs and unique networking opportunities.

The congress brings together the strengths of ECHO 25 (organised by Event Confederation) and the Meet in Flanders Academy (organised by EventFlanders and Flanders Convention Bureau) into one large-scale event for everyone in the sector.
